We do not practice aromatherapy or kinesiology (the latter involves diagnosis). Rather the practitioner works on behavioral criteria; is the animal scratching excessively etc? These are ethological observations rather than medical diagnoses. Students are primarily schooled in ethology; they are taught how to read an animal's reactions to a particular remedy in addition to what remedies tend to resolve deviations from behavioral normality. It enables the natural expression of behavior in accordance with the animal welfare act.
